1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the client-intake form, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email address, phone number, service of interest, budget range, and message.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain our records.

Website inquiries are transmitted to our business email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider. FormSubmit processes submissions for delivery and spam protection and may temporarily retain pending submissions. You may instead contact us directly by email.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the Services you request.
• To communicate with you about your engagement, proposals, and account.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Consent & legal basis (PIPEDA)

AIQOID Corp. is based in Ontario, Canada, and handles personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect, use, and disclose your personal information only for the purposes identified here, with your consent, which may be express or implied by your submitting an inquiry, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us. If you are located outside Canada, we may also handle your information in line with laws that apply to you, such as the GDPR.

4. Anti-spam (CASL)

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only where we have your consent or another lawful basis, we identify ourselves, and we include a way to unsubscribe. Responding to your direct inquiry is not marketing; we will not add you to promotional emails without your consent.

5. Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, for example, email, hosting, analytics, or AI tool providers, and where required by law. Any such providers are expected to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, for example, in the United States, in which case it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

6. Use of AI tools

As an AI-driven studio, AIQOID uses artificial-intelligence tools, including third-party AI services, to help deliver our Services — for example, to analyze campaign performance, generate and test creative and copy, and build website content. In connection with this:

• We limit the personal information shared with AI tools to what is needed for the task.
• We do not submit your confidential information or personal data to public AI tools in a way that permits it to be used to train those tools, without your consent.
• AI outputs are reviewed by our team before use, and automated tools are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.
• AI providers we rely on may process data outside Canada under their own terms; we choose providers that offer reasonable safeguards.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under PIPEDA and other applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask about how it has been used and disclosed. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Cookies & analytics

This Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a local preference, such as light or dark theme, on your device only. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
